Job Descriptions


  • Responsible to ensure effective implementation of Food Safety And Quality Management System.

  • Responsible to ensure the incoming inspection is conduced adhered to the standard procedure.

  • Responsible to monitor an incoming materials conforming to the specifications.

  • Coordinate with purchasing, material, and production team regarding incoming materials issue.

  • Responsible to keep and maintain the Quality Records & Certificate of Analysis of incoming inspection.

  • Assist in developing new inspection, testing techniques and instrument.

  • Management and monitor related process / work, fulfil and comply with the HACCP requirement.


Qualifiction


  • Preferably a diploma / degree in related field


Experience / Skill Requirement


  • Minimum 2 years working experience in relating field

  • Knowledge of Food Safety And Quality Management System

  • Fluent in Mandarin / English / Bahasa Malaysia

  • Be skilled in communication and coordination

  • Preferably undergoes Food Hygience Awareness Training
